Gather these parts
Glue the narrow slats into the base
Glue the top onto the narrow slats
Glue the wider slats in from the sides.
Now gather the light fixture pieces.
Glue each of the light pegs into the slots on the narrow slats
Glue the light ring around the pegs you just put in place.
You’re all done!
Prime with Rust-o-leum Profesional Enamel flat black and paint as normal with hobby paints.
