Gather these parts for the central pedestal
Glue in the slats with the narrow pegs into the narrow slots in the solid base
Glue the remaining lats into the wide slots
Glue all the pegs on the top side into the top plate with the square hole in it. You can put your finger in the hole to help position each of the slats back and forth to match up with the slots.
Slot the obelisk in the square hole. Optionally glue it in place or leave it removable if you might want to use the mdf part upside down with another small statue on top
Gather these parts to make the base of the fountain
Superglue the smaller plate on top of the larger one so that the slots at the points line up
Gather up all of these parts
Glue each into the correct slots as shown
Finish gluing the rest into the slots in the base
Gather up the cap rails
Glue the cap rials onto the tops of all the wall slats as shown
Prime with Rust-o-leum Profesional Enamel flat black and paint as normal with hobby paints.
