Glue the sides into the front plate as shown. Make sure that the hooks are pointing down and the notches shown in the image on the front are facing up
Glue the top plate onto the previous step
Glue the base plate onto the bottom
Making sure that the openings in the front are perfectly lined up, glue the detail plate in as shown here. You may wish to use a couple of jars to help register the two plates together.
Gather the 9 jars and 9 covers like these in the image
Glue the tops onto the bottom of each jar
Insert each of the jar assemblies into each of the holes from the open back. You may wish to get them fitted and oriented before putting a spot of glue in from behind to lock it in place. This way you have time to re-position it until the blinds line up. You can also wait to attach the caps until after the jars are in place if you find that easier for positioning or painting before assembly.
Prime with Rust-o-leum Profesional Enamel flat black and paint as normal with hobby paints.
