Servo Arm Instructions

Gather these parts

Slot the sides with the hooks into the back plate

Insert the 5 fins alternating into the slot on the back plate

Glue ball mount into the area below the the fins from the previous step

Gather these parts for the first segment of the arm

Glue the acrylic pieces to both sides of the mdf core

Glue the MDF rails onto the side of the acrylic panels as shown above

Gather the parts for the second section of the arm

Glue the acrylic panels onto the sides of the MDF core

Gather the parts for the third section of the arm

Glue the square ring onto the arm shaft

Gather these parts for the claw

Glue the claw over the ring and the “U” bracket over the center of the claw

Superglue the acrylic ball into the hole on the base plate

The parts of the arm will fit together like this. You can pose them as you like and glue them in place with superglue.

Superglue the first arm segment onto the acrylic ball

Superglue the second segment into the slot in the first segment

Superglue the third segment into the slot in the second segment

Glue the claw onto the end of the third segment. The fit is very loose on this part to you can angle it more easily
