Gather these parts
Glue the Buttress strips with the hooks onto the edge slots as shown
Glue remaining strips in the other slots
Glue the centers of the lights into the holes as shown
glue light outer rings in place as shown
You’re all done!
Prime with Rust-o-leum Profesional Enamel flat black and paint as normal with hobby paints.
